Friends, I hope you are smiling at the title–it’s meant to be lighthearted.

We are happy to announce our next webinar, and after polling many of you on best topics, this one beat them all: what can we do about family members who have left the faith? This one hurts a lot of people: the concern, the confusion, the fears for their future. And especially with the holidays coming…sometimes we are filled with comfort and joy and simmering family questions all in one great, big, once a year meal.

The only thing that needs to simmer is the green bean casserole! Although an adult son or daughter–or sibling, or spouse, or parent!–drifting from the faith is a point of genuine sadness and confusion for many Catholic Christians, there are so many things you can do to strengthen your relationship, live in hope and love, and invite them back to the faith. We’re going to focus on meeting loved ones where they are, listening, praying, and the art of invitation. Even–and especially–at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The Mark 5:19 Project topic webinar: How do we invite family to return to the faith? , Thursday November 14th, 2pm central. Susan Windley-Daoust presents a short, focused game plan for designed for hope and powered by God’s grace, with some Q and A at the end. More information at the “register now” link below!
